The challenge
Hotel projects arrive as spec books: 700-page PDFs listing the furniture, finishes and quantities. Every line had to be matched to a product or a past quote, then priced with current costs, freight and duties. By hand.
A proposal took around two weeks. The sales team could only bid on as many projects as the estimators could price.
How we worked together
We customized YP around how LCM works: their products, past quotes, cost sheets and pricing rules. Then we connected it to the systems their team already uses.
The estimators stay in charge. YP prepares the work, they check it and decide what goes to the client.
What's live
Price the spec book, line by line
Every spec book line is matched to a product or a past quote and priced with LCM's own costs, freight and duties. The estimator reviews it and sends the proposal.
See the use caseDesigner revisions priced as change orders
When a designer changes an item, YP prices the revision against what was quoted, so the change is billed instead of coming out of the margin.

Once the drawing, finish samples and quantities are approved, YP drafts the factory orders. Purchasing places them.

The results
Proposals that took 14 days now go out within 4 hours. With the pricing work prepared for them, the sales team has ten times the capacity it had before.
