Problem
Inspections of stations, cables, pipes and mains produce reports, photos and checklists, often from different contractors. Someone reads each one, links the findings to the asset and decides what needs follow-up. Findings that are not entered are easy to miss at the next planning round.
What it does
YP reads the report, links each finding to the asset in your register and scores it with your own condition and risk criteria. It drafts a work order for each finding that needs action and puts them in one ranked list for the asset manager.
How it works

The work starts when a new inspection report is saved. A report saved to the inspection folder starts the run, and the photos and checklists are read too.
Each finding is linked to the right asset. YP matches it to the asset in your register by location and asset number.
Condition and risk are scored with your own criteria. YP applies those criteria to each finding, so the scores come from your rules and not from the model.
Findings that need action become draft work orders. The drafts are placed in one ranked list and are ready for your asset manager.
Your asset manager decides which work orders are released. The asset manager reviews the drafts, adjusts them and releases them, and no work order is released without their approval.
