YP lists every authority and landowner along the route. It uses the design, your GIS and the land registry to find the municipalities, water authorities, road and rail managers and landowners.
Every application and right-of-way request is prepared as a draft. YP writes each one in the format the authority or owner asks for, with the drawings attached.
The conditions of each permit are tracked in one register. Conditions, deadlines and notification duties go into that register, and each one is linked to its permit.
Your permit coordinator submits every application and request. The coordinator checks each one and sends it, and nothing goes out without them.
