Connection intake
Super Agent · YP
Checks each connection request for completeness and drafts the request for missing documents.
Reads each new or changed connection request, checks it against your requirements and drafts the request for what is missing. Your engineer assesses capacity and decides.
The check starts as soon as a connection request arrives. A request from the portal or the connections inbox starts the run, and the attachments are read straight away.
Each request is checked against your own requirements. Capacity, connection type, location, site plan and technical data are compared with your checklist, and any priority claim is checked against the evidence supplied.
The request for the missing information is ready to send. A missing document or an unclear value becomes a draft request to the applicant, and your coordinator sends it.
The checked file is prepared in your own system. The request is entered with the location from your GIS, so your team does not have to open a new portal.
Your engineer decides on every connection request. The engineer assesses capacity and the offer. YP does not decide on any request.
Capacity, location, site plan and technical data
Drafted for your coordinator to send to the applicant
On capacity and the offer, for every request
YP checks every connection request for completeness, so your engineers assess only complete files and customers get their offer sooner.
Runs on your infrastructure. Drawings, prices, client and claims data never train a model.
Not a black box. An AI auditor checks that every task was done as intended and proposes improvements.
Every value links to the document, rule or record it came from. Every step is logged. A named person approves anything that leaves the building.
Works in your ERP, CargoWise, policy system, GIS and file shares. Nothing is replaced.

From the route design to permit applications and right-of-way requests, with every condition and deadline in one register.
Contractor as-built data is checked against the work order and prepared as updates for your GIS and asset register.
Meter readings, move dates and billing history collected in one file, with a draft reply for your billing specialist.
