After a purchase order goes out, someone has to get the confirmation back, compare the confirmed date and price with the order and follow up when they differ. A late confirmation often shows up as a late delivery.
What it does
YP watches open purchase orders in your ERP. It drafts reminders for missing confirmations for your buyer to approve and send in one batch, reads the confirmations that come back and compares dates, quantities and prices with the order. Differences go to the buyer with the impact on production orders.

Every purchase order you send is tracked. The tracking starts as soon as a new purchase order is in your ERP.
Reminders for missing confirmations are drafted for your buyer. They follow the schedule you set, and your buyer approves and sends them in one batch.
YP reads each confirmation that a supplier sends back. It takes the confirmed date, quantity and price from the supplier’s email or PDF.
Each confirmation is compared with the purchase order. Any difference in date, quantity or price is linked to the production orders it affects.
Your buyer decides which changes are accepted. The buyer accepts or rejects the changes, and accepted dates are written to the ERP after approval.
