Problem

Orders arrive as emails, PDFs and spreadsheets, each customer in their own format. Someone reads every line and retypes part numbers, quantities, prices and delivery dates into the ERP.

What it does

YP reads each order, matches the customer’s part numbers to your own and checks prices, dates and the drawing revision against your quote and the customer’s terms. It creates the sales order in your ERP and links every field to the line in the source document.

How it works

See exactly how the work gets done.

Orders are read in every format your customers use. An order can come in an email body, a PDF or a spreadsheet, and it is read when it lands.

YP translates the order into your own part numbers. The customer’s part numbers are mapped to yours with your own cross-reference list.

The order is checked against your quote. Price, quantity, delivery date and drawing revision are compared with the quote and with the customer’s terms.

Differences are flagged and never corrected silently. That can be a price that does not match, a different drawing revision or an unknown item.

Your order desk confirms every order before release. Your team checks the draft order and confirms it, and only then is it released.

The outcome

Your order desk checks and confirms. The retyping is gone, and every field can be traced back.

Orders drafted on arrival

From email, PDF or spreadsheet into your ERP

02
4 checks per line

Part number, price, delivery date and drawing revision

03
Order desk confirms

Every sales order, before it is released

For your numbers

YP drafts and checks every sales order, so your order desk handles more orders and wrong prices or drawing revisions are caught before release.

How it runs

Designed for enterprise.

Private

Runs on your infrastructure. Drawings, prices, client and claims data never train a model.

Explainable

Not a black box. An AI auditor checks that every task was done as intended and proposes improvements.

Traceable

Every value links to the document, rule or record it came from. Every step is logged. A named person approves anything that leaves the building.

Your systems

Works in your ERP, CargoWise, policy system, GIS and file shares. Nothing is replaced.
