Spare parts desk
Super Agent · YP
Identifies the part from the machine’s serial number, checks stock and price and drafts the quote.
Reads each spare parts request, finds the part in the parts list the machine was built with and drafts the quote with stock and delivery time. Your service desk checks and sends it.
Each spare parts request is picked up when it arrives. An email with a serial number, a part number or a photo starts the run.
The request is linked to the customer’s machine. The serial number leads YP to the parts list that the machine was built with.
The part the customer asks for is found in that list. Part numbers, drawing positions and photos are matched to the list, and replaced numbers lead to the current part.
Stock, price and delivery time are added to the quote. YP looks all three up in your ERP, so they come from your data and not from the model.
Your service desk checks and sends every quote. When a request is unclear, YP drafts a question and does not guess.
Tied to the machine’s serial number
From its own parts list, replaced numbers resolved
Every quote, with stock and delivery time
YP drafts each spare parts quote from that machine’s own parts list, so your service desk sells more parts and ships fewer wrong ones.
Runs on your infrastructure. Drawings, prices, client and claims data never train a model.
Not a black box. An AI auditor checks that every task was done as intended and proposes improvements.
Every value links to the document, rule or record it came from. Every step is logged. A named person approves anything that leaves the building.
Works in your ERP, CargoWise, policy system, GIS and file shares. Nothing is replaced.

Read material, dimensions and quantities from each drawing, apply your costing rules and draft the quote in your ERP.
Turn order emails and PDFs into sales orders, match customer part numbers and check prices against the agreement.
Draft routings, work orders and purchase requisitions from comparable past jobs, ready for your process planner to release.
