Take-off estimator
Super Agent · YP
Takes quantities from the drawings or model and prices them with your unit rates.
Reads the tender documents, drafts the take-off or prices the client’s bill of quantities with your own rates. Your estimator checks it and decides what goes in the bid.
The work starts the moment a tender arrives. A new tender in the bids inbox or project folder starts the run, and the drawings, specification, any client bill of quantities and the tender Q&A are read.
The quantities come from the building model or are measured on the drawings. Where there is a model, it gives the areas, lengths and counts per element and floor. Measurements on PDF drawings are marked on the drawing for checking.
Every item is priced with your own rates. Unit rates, labor norms and margins come from your own sheets and past bids, so the prices come from your data and not from the model.
YP drafts a question when something is unclear and does not guess. A conflict between drawing and specification, or a missing dimension, becomes a draft question for the tender Q&A, with the question deadline shown. Your estimator decides whether to send it.
Your estimator decides what goes in the bid. The estimator reviews the bid, adjusts it and finalizes it, and nothing goes to the client without their approval.

Every bid, before it reaches the client
YP drafts the take-off and priced bill of quantities, so your estimators bid on more tenders and raise conflicts before they become your cost.
Runs on your infrastructure. Drawings, prices, client and claims data never train a model.
Not a black box. An AI auditor checks that every task was done as intended and proposes improvements.
Every value links to the document, rule or record it came from. Every step is logged. A named person approves anything that leaves the building.
Works in your ERP, CargoWise, policy system, GIS and file shares. Nothing is replaced.

Material lists per phase from the drawings or model, updated on every revision, with supplier prices and delivery dates. Your buyer orders.
Each change request priced from your rates, with its schedule effect and notice deadline. Your project manager approves.
Drafts the request for each package and compares the replies line by line against the scope. Your estimator or buyer chooses.
