Material planner
Super Agent · YP
Builds material lists per phase from the drawings, with supplier prices and delivery dates.
Builds material lists per project phase from the drawings and the project schedule, then drafts the orders with your suppliers’ prices. Your buyer checks and places them.
The work starts each time drawings are issued or revised. A drawing set or model issued for construction, or a new revision of it, starts the run.
The quantities are split by phase and location. The grouping follows your schedule, and on a revision the changed lines are shown old next to new.
Each item is matched to your own suppliers. YP uses your own item list to link every item to your preferred supplier and the agreed price.
The gaps in the material list are marked for your buyer. A gap is an item without a supplier or price, or a delivery date that clashes with the schedule.
Your buyer places every material order. The buyer reviews the draft requisitions first, and nothing is ordered without them.

YP drafts material orders per phase from the drawings, so your buyers order the right quantities in time and crews don’t wait for materials.
Runs on your infrastructure. Drawings, prices, client and claims data never train a model.
Not a black box. An AI auditor checks that every task was done as intended and proposes improvements.
Every value links to the document, rule or record it came from. Every step is logged. A named person approves anything that leaves the building.
Works in your ERP, CargoWise, policy system, GIS and file shares. Nothing is replaced.
