Material orders per phase, from the drawings

Drafts orders. Your buyer places them
Problem

Materials are read from the drawings and model, split by phase and matched to supplier items. Each phase needs the right quantities on site at the right time. The lists are built by hand and rebuilt when a drawing changes.

What it does

YP reads quantities from the drawings or model, groups them by phase from your schedule and matches each item to your supplier catalog. It drafts purchase requisitions in your ERP with prices, delivery dates and the drawing each quantity came from.

How it works

See exactly how the work gets done.

The work starts each time drawings are issued or revised. A drawing set or model issued for construction, or a new revision of it, starts the run.

The quantities are split by phase and location. The grouping follows your schedule, and on a revision the changed lines are shown old next to new.

Each item is matched to your own suppliers. YP uses your own item list to link every item to your preferred supplier and the agreed price.

The gaps in the material list are marked for your buyer. A gap is an item without a supplier or price, or a delivery date that clashes with the schedule.

Your buyer places every material order. The buyer reviews the draft requisitions first, and nothing is ordered without them.

The outcome

Your buyers start from a list per phase. Every quantity points to the drawing it came from.

For your numbers

YP drafts material orders per phase from the drawings, so your buyers order the right quantities in time and crews don’t wait for materials.

How it runs

Designed for enterprise.

Private

Runs on your infrastructure. Drawings, prices, client and claims data never train a model.

Explainable

Not a black box. An AI auditor checks that every task was done as intended and proposes improvements.

Traceable

Every value links to the document, rule or record it came from. Every step is logged. A named person approves anything that leaves the building.

Your systems

Works in your ERP, CargoWise, policy system, GIS and file shares. Nothing is replaced.
