Problem
Material certificates arrive by email with each delivery. Quality checks the certificate type, grade and test values against the order and the heat number against the delivery, then files them so they can be supplied with the finished product.
What it does
YP reads each certificate, checks the certificate type, material grade and test values against the order and matches the heat number to the goods receipt. It files the certificate with the order. At shipment it assembles the documentation pack for quality to sign.
How it works

The check starts when a material certificate arrives. YP reads the certificates that are sent with a delivery as they land.
Each certificate is checked against the order. YP compares the certificate type, the grade and the mechanical and chemical values. A 2.2 test report where the order asks for a 3.1 certificate is flagged, and the heat number is matched to the goods receipt.
Each certificate is filed with the order it belongs to. It is linked to the order and batch in your ERP and stored in SharePoint.
Deviations are flagged and go straight to quality. That can be a value outside the spec or a certificate that is missing.
Quality signs off the documentation pack for your customer. The pack is assembled at shipment, and quality reviews it and signs it.
