Problem
Older CAD and PDM systems hold decades of part data, revisions and drawings. Getting it out usually means a migration project, or engineers clicking through screens and copying values by hand.
What it does
YP works in the application’s own screens with a read-only account. It searches parts, opens records, reads attributes and revisions and exports drawings to a shared folder, building one structured list engineering can check and reuse.

The extraction starts on your request. A part list, a project or a schedule starts the run in your legacy CAD and PDM.
YP works through the same screens your engineers use. It uses a read-only account, and it needs no database access and no migration.
Every part record in the legacy system is read. The part number, description, material, revision and status are captured for each part.
The drawings and models are exported as well. They are saved to SharePoint, and each file is named by part and revision.
Engineering checks the result of every export. YP lists the gaps and the conflicting revisions, so engineering can resolve them.
The outcome
Decades of part data become usable without a migration project. The source system stays untouched.
