Acknowledgment checker
Super Agent · YP
Checks each manufacturer acknowledgment against your PO: price, finish, quantity and ship date.
Reads each order acknowledgment from the manufacturer and compares it with your purchase order line by line. Your order administrator resolves every difference.
Every order acknowledgment is read when it arrives. The manufacturer can send it as an email, a PDF or a spreadsheet.
The acknowledgment is matched to your purchase order. Each line is matched to the purchase order line, including the manufacturer’s item codes.
Five fields are checked on every line. YP compares the item, finish, quantity, price and ship date with your purchase order.
The differences go into a draft query to the manufacturer. YP lists them in a draft message, and nothing is sent on its own.
Your order administrator decides on every acknowledgment. The order administrator accepts the acknowledgment or sends the query, and only accepted acknowledgments update the order.

YP checks every acknowledgment line against your purchase order, so wrong finishes and prices are corrected before production, not after delivery.
Runs on your infrastructure. Drawings, prices, client and claims data never train a model.
Not a black box. An AI auditor checks that every task was done as intended and proposes improvements.
Every value links to the document, rule or record it came from. Every step is logged. A named person approves anything that leaves the building.
Works in your ERP, CargoWise, policy system, GIS and file shares. Nothing is replaced.

Every spec book line matched to your products or past quotes and priced with your costs, freight and duties. Your estimator decides.
Every drawing version checked against its spec item, with the differences marked before it goes to the designer.
Draft factory orders from the approved drawing, once finish samples and quantities are signed off. Purchasing places them.
