Turns each supplier SDS into your own version per country, with official wording and exposure limits.
Takes the supplier’s SDS, puts in your company details and drafts it for the country it ships to, in that language and with that country’s exposure limits. Your product compliance specialist approves before it is issued.
The work starts with a new or revised supplier SDS. The sheet can arrive by email or come from your SDS library, and either one starts the run.
Section 1 is filled in with your own details. YP puts your company details and your emergency number in that section of the sheet.
The sheet is drafted in the language of the destination country. H and P statements use the official CLP wording for that language, and section 8 gets the exposure limits of that country. The rest is translated section by section.
The supplier’s data is carried over as supplied. This applies to classification, composition and test data. Anything unclear goes to your specialist.
Your product compliance specialist reviews and approves every draft. Only approved sheets are filed and sent. A revision that changes hazards or safety measures is drafted for every customer supplied in the last 12 months.

Every sheet, before it is issued
YP drafts your SDS for each destination country, so your specialist approves instead of rewriting, and no order waits for its safety data sheet.
Runs on your infrastructure. Drawings, prices, client and claims data never train a model.
Not a black box. An AI auditor checks that every task was done as intended and proposes improvements.
Every value links to the document, rule or record it came from. Every step is logged. A named person approves anything that leaves the building.
Works in your ERP, CargoWise, policy system, GIS and file shares. Nothing is replaced.

Matches every bid line to your catalog and suppliers and drafts the quote in NetSuite. Your bid manager sets the price.
Checks each supplier CoA against the spec, then attaches the specs, SDSs and CoAs each customer requires to the quote or delivery.
Matches the customer’s part numbers to your own item codes and keeps every confirmed match for next time.
