Problem

Customs sends a hold to the declarant, and carriers show it in tracking. Your warehouse plan lives in the WMS. Until someone connects the two, the dock slot stays booked, put-away work waits for goods that are late and customers expect orders that cannot ship.

What it does

YP reads hold notices from your customs software, broker emails and carrier tracking and matches them to the inbound in your WMS. It lists what the hold affects and proposes a new plan. Only orders with stock for every line, nothing waiting for customs and a carrier pickup they can still make move forward. After your shift lead approves, the new priorities go into your WMS and your robots get their new tasks.

How it works

See exactly how the work gets done.

YP spots the customs hold and finds the inbound it concerns. A hold in your customs software, a broker’s email or carrier tracking is matched to the inbound and its goods.

Everything the hold affects is listed. The list covers the dock slot, the put-away work, the cross-dock lines and every order waiting for that stock.

A new plan is proposed with the stock you can ship. In the proposal, orders that can still ship move forward, and orders that must wait get a new date and a draft customer update.

Your shift lead decides whether the new plan goes ahead. The shift lead can change the plan in plain language. Nothing changes on the floor or goes to customers and carriers without approval.

Your robots get their new tasks after the plan is approved. The new priorities go into your WMS, and your fleet manager assigns the robots within the map and zones your site approved.

The outcome

Robots and pickers keep working on orders that can ship while held goods wait for customs. Your shift lead decides with the full picture instead of piecing it together.

01
Every hold matched

To the dock slot, work and orders it affects

02
3 checks per order

Stock on every line, cleared goods and a reachable pickup

03
Shift lead approves

The new plan, before robots get new tasks

For your numbers

YP re-plans the day around a customs hold, so your robots and team keep shipping orders and fewer carrier cut-offs are missed.

How it runs

Designed for enterprise.

Private

Runs on your infrastructure. Drawings, prices, client and claims data never train a model.

Explainable

Not a black box. An AI auditor checks that every task was done as intended and proposes improvements.

Traceable

Every value links to the document, rule or record it came from. Every step is logged. A named person approves anything that leaves the building.

Your systems

Works in your ERP, CargoWise, policy system, GIS and file shares. Nothing is replaced.
