Invoice checker
Super Agent · YP
Matches each carrier invoice to the job and checks every charge against the agreed rate.
Reads each carrier, haulier and agent invoice, matches it to the job and the costs accrued in CargoWise and lists every difference. Your payables team approves or disputes.
The work starts when an invoice arrives. A carrier, haulier or agent invoice in the payables inbox starts the run, in any layout or currency.
Each invoice is matched to its job in CargoWise. YP uses the B/L, container, booking and job numbers on the invoice, and invoices with no match are flagged.
Every charge on the invoice is checked. Each charge is compared with the agreed rate and the accrued cost. Duplicates and charges with no accrual are listed.
A charge that does not match becomes a draft dispute. YP drafts the dispute to the supplier, and your payables team sends it.
Your payables team decides what is posted and paid. The team approves the posting or sends the dispute, and nothing is posted or paid without their approval.
Agreed rate, accrued cost and duplicates
For every charge that does not match
Every posting and every dispute
YP checks every carrier charge against the agreed rate and the job’s accrued cost, so overcharges and duplicates are caught before you pay them.
Runs on your infrastructure. Drawings, prices, client and claims data never train a model.
Not a black box. An AI auditor checks that every task was done as intended and proposes improvements.
Every value links to the document, rule or record it came from. Every step is logged. A named person approves anything that leaves the building.
Works in your ERP, CargoWise, policy system, GIS and file shares. Nothing is replaced.

Reads the cargo details in each quote request, prices them with your tariffs and carrier rates and drafts the quote in CargoWise.
The commercial invoice and packing list become a draft declaration in CargoWise or your customs software. Your declarant submits.
Matches each product description to an HS code and shows why. Trade compliance confirms new classifications.
