Bookings arrive as emails, PDFs and booking forms, each customer in their own format. Someone reads every one and retypes shipper, consignee, addresses, cargo details, Incoterm and dates into CargoWise.
What it does
YP reads each booking, matches the parties to your organizations in CargoWise and checks cargo and terms against the accepted quote or contract rate. It creates the draft shipment and links every field to the line in the booking it came from.
How it works

Every booking is read as soon as it arrives. It can come as an email body, a PDF or a booking form, and each format is read.
Shipper and consignee are matched to your own records. YP links them to existing organizations in CargoWise, and new parties are flagged.
The booking is checked against what was agreed. Lane, cargo, Incoterm and dates are compared with the accepted quote or the contract rate.
Differences are flagged and never corrected silently. A heavier shipment or a changed pickup date goes to the coordinator in Teams.
Your coordinator confirms every draft shipment. The coordinator checks the draft and confirms it, and only then does work on the shipment start.
