Problem

Loans to companies carry covenants and a yearly review. Each time a borrower sends figures or a compliance certificate, an analyst spreads them, recalculates the ratios with the loan agreement’s definitions, checks the deadlines and writes the review.

What it does

YP reads the borrower’s accounts and compliance certificate, spreads the figures into your template and recalculates each financial covenant with the definitions in the loan agreement. It lists breaches, late certificates and changes since the last review, and drafts the review memo.

How it works

See exactly how the work gets done.

The work starts when figures arrive or a review date is reached. Accounts or a compliance certificate in the inbox, or a review date in your CRM, starts the run.

The new figures go into your own spreading template. This covers the balance sheet, the profit and loss and the cash flow of the borrower.

Each covenant is recalculated with the definitions in the loan agreement. Ratios such as leverage, interest cover and debt service cover use those definitions and not generic ones.

What needs attention is listed with its calculation. That means a breach, a late certificate or a ratio that is close to its limit.

Your credit team decides on the outcome of the review. Your analyst reviews the memo. Waivers, rating changes and next steps are decided by the people your credit policy names.

The outcome

Your analysts review a prepared file. Every covenant shows how it was calculated.

For your numbers

YP recalculates every covenant as the loan agreement defines it, so your credit team spots breaches early and protects the loan book.

How it runs

Designed for enterprise.

Private

Runs on your infrastructure. Drawings, prices, client and claims data never train a model.

Explainable

Not a black box. An AI auditor checks that every task was done as intended and proposes improvements.

Traceable

Every value links to the document, rule or record it came from. Every step is logged. A named person approves anything that leaves the building.

Your systems

Works in your ERP, CargoWise, policy system, GIS and file shares. Nothing is replaced.
