Cross-reference agent
Super Agent · YP
Matches customer part numbers to your own item codes and keeps every confirmed match.
Matches customer and manufacturer part numbers to your item codes, using your cross-reference list and product data. Your inside sales team confirms each new match.
The work starts with any list of customer part numbers. A bid, an order or a spreadsheet that contains those numbers starts the run.
Each number is first checked against the matches you already have. Numbers that are already in your cross-reference list are matched to your items directly.
Unknown numbers are compared with your product data. YP compares them on manufacturer part number, description and specs in your item master and PIM, including ETIM features where you have them.
Each proposed match shows the fields it is based on. Lines that have no clear match are flagged, and YP does not guess a match for them.
Your inside sales team decides on every new match. The team confirms or corrects each one, and confirmed matches are saved to the cross-reference list.

Runs on your infrastructure. Drawings, prices, client and claims data never train a model.
Not a black box. An AI auditor checks that every task was done as intended and proposes improvements.
Every value links to the document, rule or record it came from. Every step is logged. A named person approves anything that leaves the building.
Works in your ERP, CargoWise, policy system, GIS and file shares. Nothing is replaced.

Matches every bid line to your catalog and suppliers and drafts the quote in NetSuite. Your bid manager sets the price.
Checks each supplier CoA against the spec, then attaches the specs, SDSs and CoAs each customer requires to the quote or delivery.
Answers customer REACH, RoHS and conflict minerals questionnaires from supplier declarations and earlier answers. Your compliance specialist approves.
