Problem
Customers send questionnaires on REACH, RoHS, conflict minerals and other declarations, in their own formats or standard templates such as the CMRT. The answers exist in supplier declarations, SDSs and questionnaires answered before. Someone finds them and fills in every question by hand.
What it does
YP reads every question, finds the products it covers and drafts each answer from supplier declarations, SDSs and your earlier approved answers. Each answer links to the document it came from. Questions with no supporting document are left open.

Each questionnaire is read when it arrives. YP reads it in the format the customer sends, whether that is Excel, PDF or Word.
YP finds the products that the questionnaire covers. The items in scope are matched to your item codes and to their supplier documents.
Every answer is drafted from your own records. Supplier declarations, SDSs and earlier approved answers are the only sources. An earlier REACH answer is reused only if it covers the current SVHC candidate list.
A question without a supporting document is left open. YP marks it as open and does not fill it in with a guess.
Your product compliance specialist approves every questionnaire. The specialist reviews the draft, completes it and signs it, and nothing goes back to the customer without their approval.
