B/L checker
Super Agent · YP
Checks each draft bill of lading against your shipping instructions, invoice and packing list.
Reads each draft bill of lading from the carrier, checks it against your shipping instructions, invoice and packing list and drafts the reply. Your coordinator approves.
The work starts when a draft bill of lading arrives. A draft from the carrier, by email or from the carrier portal, starts the run.
The draft is compared field by field with your instructions. Parties, container and seal numbers, packages, weights, goods description and freight terms are checked against your instructions and documents.
Every difference is listed and never adjusted to fit. A wrong consignee or a weight that differs is shown with both values.
The reply to the carrier is drafted for your coordinator. That reply is either an approval of the draft or a correction request.
Your coordinator decides and sends the reply. No draft bill of lading is approved to a carrier without your coordinator.
Against your instructions, invoice and packing list
Parties, containers and seals, packages, weights, description, freight terms
Every reply to the carrier, approval or correction
YP checks every draft B/L against your shipping instructions, so your coordinators get errors corrected before the carrier’s deadline and avoid amendment fees.
Runs on your infrastructure. Drawings, prices, client and claims data never train a model.
Not a black box. An AI auditor checks that every task was done as intended and proposes improvements.
Every value links to the document, rule or record it came from. Every step is logged. A named person approves anything that leaves the building.
Works in your ERP, CargoWise, policy system, GIS and file shares. Nothing is replaced.

Reads the cargo details in each quote request, prices them with your tariffs and carrier rates and drafts the quote in CargoWise.
The commercial invoice and packing list become a draft declaration in CargoWise or your customs software. Your declarant submits.
Matches each product description to an HS code and shows why. Trade compliance confirms new classifications.
