Client reporter
Super Agent · YP
Builds each client’s periodic report from the ledger and drafts the commentary.
Pulls the figures from the ledger, builds each report in the format the client expects and explains the main movements. Your client manager checks every report and sends it.
The work starts on each client’s reporting date. The reporting calendar per client starts the run, and the period’s figures are read from the ledger.
Every report follows the format the client expects. YP uses the template agreed with that client, in Excel, PDF or Power BI.
The results are compared with the previous period and the budget. YP then writes a draft explanation of the main movements in the results.
What does not tie out is flagged and not smoothed over. This applies to a period that is not yet booked, a missing budget or a balance that does not reconcile.
Your client manager sends the report to the client. The client manager reviews the report and the commentary, and no report reaches a client without their approval.

YP drafts each client report and its commentary from the ledger, so your client managers serve more clients and deliver on time.
Runs on your infrastructure. Drawings, prices, client and claims data never train a model.
Not a black box. An AI auditor checks that every task was done as intended and proposes improvements.
Every value links to the document, rule or record it came from. Every step is logged. A named person approves anything that leaves the building.
Works in your ERP, CargoWise, policy system, GIS and file shares. Nothing is replaced.

Traces ownership through every layer, runs the screening and assembles the client file. Your compliance officer decides.
Tracks review dates by risk class, refreshes the client file and drafts the updated risk score. Your compliance officer approves.
Drafts every request and reminder, checks each document on arrival and tracks what is missing. Your client manager approves each message.
