After a purchase order goes out, someone has to get the confirmation back and compare the confirmed date, quantity and price with the order. Backorder notices arrive by email, and the customer orders waiting for that stock have to be found by hand.
What it does
YP watches open purchase orders in NetSuite. It drafts reminders for missing confirmations for your buyer to approve and send in one batch, reads confirmations and backorder notices and compares date, quantity and price with the order. Each difference goes to the buyer with the customer orders it affects and a draft update for those customers.

Every purchase order is tracked from the moment it is sent. The tracking starts with each new purchase order that appears in NetSuite.
Reminders for missing confirmations are drafted for your buyer. YP drafts them on the schedule you set, and your buyer approves and sends them in one batch.
YP reads every confirmation and every backorder notice. The confirmed date, quantity and price and any backorder date are read from the supplier’s email or PDF.
Each difference is linked to the customer orders it affects. These are the customer orders waiting for that stock, and YP adds a draft update for each customer.
Your buyer accepts or rejects every change. Accepted dates are written to NetSuite after approval, and your team sends the customer updates.

Your buyers work on the differences, not on the chasing. Customers waiting for backordered stock are known the day the notice arrives.
