Order entry agent
Super Agent · YP
Turns customer POs into sales orders, with item, unit, price and date checked on every line.
Reads customer purchase orders from email, PDF and spreadsheet and enters them as sales orders in NetSuite. Your order administrators confirm each one.
Each purchase order is read when it arrives. YP reads the PO in the format the customer uses, whether that is an email body, a PDF or a spreadsheet.
Customer part numbers are mapped to your item codes. Each part number on the PO is looked up in your own cross-reference list.
Every order is checked against the customer’s terms. YP compares the units of measure, pack sizes, prices and delivery dates on the PO with those terms.
Differences are flagged and never corrected silently. This applies to a price that does not match, a quantity that does not fit the pack size or an unknown item.
Your order administrators confirm every order that YP enters. Your team checks the draft sales order and confirms it, and only then is it released.

YP drafts each sales order and checks every line, so your order administrators process more orders and fewer end in a credit note.
Runs on your infrastructure. Drawings, prices, client and claims data never train a model.
Not a black box. An AI auditor checks that every task was done as intended and proposes improvements.
Every value links to the document, rule or record it came from. Every step is logged. A named person approves anything that leaves the building.
Works in your ERP, CargoWise, policy system, GIS and file shares. Nothing is replaced.

Matches every bid line to your catalog and suppliers and drafts the quote in NetSuite. Your bid manager sets the price.
Checks each supplier CoA against the spec, then attaches the specs, SDSs and CoAs each customer requires to the quote or delivery.
Matches the customer’s part numbers to your own item codes and keeps every confirmed match for next time.
